Financial Policy
We are concerned with the rising costs of medical treatment and will do our best to keep our fees as low as possible by prescribing only tests, treatment, and medications that are necessary. If you have questions regarding our fees, our staff will be happy to explain them to you.
You are personally responsible for paying all charges. Please ensure you keep us updated if there are any changes to your insurance coverage or address. At your first visit, you will be asked to read and sign our patient information packet, which includes our financial policy.
